Description
The Enigma Edge is a gravel frameset built for riders who want titanium’s long-haul ride quality without giving up the geometry or standards of a contemporary off-road race bike. It sits at the sharper end of Enigma’s gravel range, leaning towards confident handling on technical descents and rapid acceleration when a fire road suddenly steepens or the singletrack opens up into a sprint.
Frame & build
Titanium gives the Edge its trademark hum: compliant enough to take the edge off washboard tracks and rooty singletrack, yet stiff enough through the bottom bracket area to stay responsive when you stand on the pedals. Frame details include a CNC-machined 44mm head tube, a single-sided drop-chainstay yoke for cleaner clearance and chainline, and an investment-cast T47 threaded bottom bracket shell that simplifies servicing and supports tidy internal cable routing through modular ports.
UDH compatibility on the rear dropout opens the door to current and future drivetrain standards, including direct-mount derailleurs. With clearance for tyres up to 700x50c, the Edge gives you scope to run anything from quick all-road rubber for local loops to genuinely chunky gravel casings for backcountry adventures. Optional finish upgrades and additional mount points are available for riders building the bike around a particular use case, from race-day events to multi-day exploring.
