This page explains where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes. All timescales are estimates in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Where we ship
We ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, email us at sales@spokesprockete.co.uk and we will tell you whether we can deliver to your location before you place an order.

The exact delivery cost for your order is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. All prices on this site are in pounds sterling (GBP).
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery: standard UK delivery typically arrives 2-4 business days after dispatch.
So a typical order arrives within about 3-6 business days of being placed. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
These are estimates based on our carriers’ normal service, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during busy periods, in severe weather, or if the carrier experiences delays outside our control.
Tracking your order
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a dispatch email containing a tracking link once your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take a few hours to show its first scan after collection.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We can usually correct an address if you contact us quickly and the order has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we cannot change its destination.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it after the carrier’s attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.
Missing, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at sales@spokesprockete.co.uk with your order number and, where relevant, a photograph of the damage. We will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can raise a claim in time.
Taxes and duties
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm your order, and there are no additional charges on delivery for UK orders.
