Description

The Giant Revolt Advanced 2 is built for riders who want one drop-bar bike that handles gravel events one weekend and bikepacking the next. It pairs a composite frame with smart storage and adjustable geometry, so the same machine that pins on a number can also disappear into the hills with bags strapped to it.

Frame & ride

The Advanced-grade composite chassis uses dropped seatstays with slimmer tubing to take the edge off washboard and rough farm tracks, while the flip-chip rear dropout switches between a shorter, livelier wheelbase and a longer one with extra tyre clearance. Internal cable routing keeps the cockpit clean, and there is a tucked-away storage compartment in the frame for tools, snacks or a spare tube. Mounts on the top tube, fork legs and rear dropout open the door to bottle cages, racks and bikepacking bags.

Drivetrain duties go to Shimano GRX RX-610 2×12 shifters with GRX RX-820 derailleurs front and rear, an FSA Omega Modular AGX+ 32/48 chainset and a Shimano CS-HG710 11-36 cassette, giving you both the gear range for loaded climbs and the close-spaced ratios you want when the pace lifts. GRX RX-410 hydraulic discs with 160mm rotors handle the braking, and the Giant P-X2 Disc alloy wheelset arrives tubeless prepared with 700x40c Giant Crosscut Grip TR tyres.
