Scott Scale Gravel 10 – Flat-Bar Carbon Gravel Bike

Description

The Scott Scale Gravel 10 sits at the wilder end of the gravel spectrum, leaning hard on cross-country mountain bike DNA with a flat bar, 29×2.4in tyres and full SRAM Eagle wireless shifting. It is built for riders who want one capable bike for fast XC-style trails, long off-road days and the kind of mixed-surface adventures where a drop bar would feel out of its depth.

Frame & ride

The chassis is a Scale Carbon HMF frame with an adjustable head angle, Syncros cable integration, a BB92 bottom bracket shell and a 12x148mm rear with 55mm chainline. The Scale Rigid HMF carbon fork is post-mount disc with a tapered steerer, keeping the front end light and direct. Geometry tweaks via the headset let you sharpen or slacken the bike to suit terrain or preference, while the UDH interface and modern axle standards keep future-proofing in mind.

Shifting is SRAM S1000 Eagle AXS Transmission, 12-speed wireless, paired with a SRAM AXS Pod controller, a SRAM Eagle 70 Transmission DUB 34T crank and a SRAM XS-1270 V2 10-52 cassette, a setup that climbs anything you can balance up. SRAM DB6 4-piston discs with Centerline CL rotors handle braking, and the Syncros X-28 tubeless-ready rims roll on grippy, fast-rolling Maxxis Aspen 29×2.4in EXO tyres. The Syncros Fraser 2.0 XC alloy flat bar and Syncros XC 2.0 stem complete a sorted XC-leaning cockpit.
