Description
The Scott Addict Gravel 30 takes the road-leaning DNA of the Addict family and stretches it into a quick, exploratory gravel bike. It is aimed at riders who want a refined, lively drop-bar machine for long days that mix tarmac, byways and rougher trails, with enough mounts on board to add bags and venture further from the car park.
Frame & ride
At the heart of the build is an Addict Gravel HMF carbon frame with gravel-specific geometry, internal cable routing, a UDH replaceable hanger and compatibility with the Syncros fender kit. The matching Addict Gravel HMF flat-mount disc fork uses a 1 1/4in to 1 1/2in eccentric carbon steerer to fine-tune steering feel and stack. The result is a chassis that responds to seated efforts on tarmac yet stays composed when the surface deteriorates.
Shifting is Shimano GRX 2×10-style hardware updated for the latest spec, with GRX ST-RX610 levers and a 12-speed GRX RD-RX822 GS rear derailleur, paired with a single-ring GRX FC-RX610-1 40T crank and a wide-range Shimano CS-M7100 10-45 cassette for proper climbing legs. Shimano BR-RX410 hydraulic discs with SM-RT-CL700 160mm rotors handle stopping front and rear. The Syncros RP2.0 Disc wheelset rolls on Schwalbe G-One RX 700x45c tyres, a fast, grippy all-rounder for UK gravel and dry singletrack.
