Bikes are sent by a specialist carrier in protective packaging. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 2-5 business days of dispatch. You will get a tracking link by email when it leaves us.

Every bike is covered by the manufacturer warranty for that model, which varies by brand and component. The terms supplied with your bike set out what is covered. This is in addition to your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused bike in its original condition and packaging for a refund of the item price. Contact us first so we can arrange collection, as bikes cannot be sent back through normal post.

Store the battery indoors at room temperature and avoid leaving it fully flat for long periods. Charge with the supplied charger only. Follow the manufacturer instructions supplied with your bike, since requirements differ between systems.
